Love love pine straw!! It is not anywhere out in CA, so had to order this product from across the country for my planters!! This is great for keeping weeds down, saving water and it keeps dogs out of the rose garden and planter areas!! Love it!!

In MN, where I live, not a lot of people use pine needle straw. But I have discovered how well it helps control weed growth in my large, tree-filled back yard. We don’t have grass, it’s like a little forest, so I needed something as an effective ground cover for unplanted areas. This is year two and I was delighted this spring to see how clear the areas I covered last year remained. Almost no weeds!

As always the pine straw mulch was recurved in great condition. The packaging and condition of the mulch was great.
