Frustrating change of delivery service.

Product is fine . I buy two pallets every year. What isn’t fine is that you changed a very workable delivery program to FedEx. . FedEx sucks. They use third party employees and can’t manage them and FedEx doesn’t care. I was in communication with you on my last disastrous delivery look it up. If you keep using FedEx I will not buy from you.

Great source for high quality mulch.

Only 2 products meet my strict requirements for mulch for my exhibition dahlia garden: pine straw or salt hay. (Salt hay grouws in salt water marshes and contains no weed seeds, unlike straw or hay from land.) I am a repeat customer of the pine straw company. I purchased a pallet of 48 bales. It ended up as 40 bales for me and 8 that I shared with other dahlia growers. The company is polite, offers terrific service and follow-through, and is everything I could want as a supplier. Because an unfortunate purchase of horse manure 25 years ago brought me an endless supply of weed seeds, I put down newspapers and cover with pine straw (or salt hay) every June. Two young men and I completed the task (1500 sq. ft.) in 3 part days. The plants are growing well, and there are virtually no weeds. Great results!

Great Product

Thank you for shipping out of state. Living in Michigan it is not usual that pine straw is utilized as a ground cover material. It's a great look and we receive so many positive comments.

Have purchased from The Pine

Have purchased from The Pine Straw Store for many years. This year they went above and beyond to insure delivery. Arrived in town on commercial carrier who could not deliver on a smaller truck. They made arrangements with another carrier to complete delivery. Outstanding service. Straw is already down and looks great. Thanks

Awesome as always...

Been buying this stuff for half a decade, and its always excellent quality. Looks good, smells good... neighbors who get traditional mulch watch theirs wash away in heavy rain while this pinestraw stays put. Love it.
